Delivery options: We offer a delivery service for a small fee. Just let us know your adress, and we'll arrange the delivery. Delivery costs will be discussed via email. We do not deliver Desktop PCs and we cannot deliver to every place on Bonaire. This can all be discussed in email.
Payment methods: Unfortunately, our website cannot handle payments. We can discuss payment methods such as cash or bank transfer to find what works best for you.
Warranty: We stand by the quality of our products, but giving out a warranty without proper terms is very tedious. We will offer a loose warranty on our Custom Built Computers:
Free Check-ups: If you encounter any problems, we provide free check-ups to diagnose and adress the issue.
Replacements: We will try to replace broken components at no cost, when we can insure the issue is not due to user error.

What type of PCs do we build?
We currently offer two PCs: the Value PC and the Ultra PC. They are customizable with RAM, Storage and RGB upgrades.
How can I place an order for a custom-built PC?

Do you custom-build computers?
Yes and no, we sell two different PCs, and they are custom built. You can customize them more with the RAM, Storage and RGB upgrades, but we do not build special PCs custom to order.
How long does building a PC take?

Can I request specific components for a PC?
We do offer some customizations for the two builds we offer, but we normally do not add any special requests. If you would like something specific that we do not offer, feel free to send us an email and we might be able to order it.
What brands of components do we use in our builds?
We have a full spec-list of all used components on the product pages themself. We always try to use well-known and reliable brands for our computers.
Do we provide an assembly-service for components you already own?
We do not offer this on the site, but do send us an email if you would like some help with this.
How do I know which PC is right for me?
We offer help in finding your perfect PC, using email, WhatsApp, Discord, or a phone call. Scroll up to 'Contact us' to contact us.
Do we offer any bundle deals or discounts?
As of right now, we do not offer bundle deals or discounts.
How can I pay for my order?

Do we accept credit card payments?
Yes we do, as long as the money can be wired into our bank account.
Are there any additional costs for custom orders?
All costs will be discussed via email before we begin with the order.
What is our return policy
We do not take returns. The only returns we take are broken parts that fall under our 'loose' warranty.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed
Normally not. If you would like to cancel your order, send us an email and we'll get back to you. When we've started working on the order, you normally cannot cancel it.
What are our delivery charges?
We can deliver certain orders (no computers), but the price depends on how far away you live.
Do we offer international shipping?
We do not. We order our parts from America an build the computers here. We do not offer international shipping.
What types of RAM upgrades do we offer?
We offer RAM upgrades, go to Upgrades to find our deals.
Can I upgrade the storage on a PC I bought from you?
Yes you can, we offer a Storage Upgrade, where we can add more storage to your PC. (The PC does not have to come from us, but we can't guarantee the storage will be compatible with your PC).
Do we sell RGB upgrades seperately?
We do sell an RGB-upgrade for computers you buy (or bought) from us. Go to Upgrades for more info.
Can we install RGB upgrades on your existing PC?
We might be able to, send us an email and we'll look what we can do.
How do I know if an upgrade is compatible with my system?

Can you purchase components without buying a full PC?
We do not offer this as a service, but you can send us an email if you need spare components and we'll look what we can do.
What should you do when you experience problems with your PC?

Can we help you troubleshoot your PC?
Most likely, we do not offer PC check-ups (for PCs not from us), but send us an email and we'll look into it
Where are we located on Bonaire?
We do not have an office. We just work from our homes and would like to keep those adresses private.
How long have we been in business?
We started PCBonaire in May of 2024, we're still a very young company.
What sets our business apart from others on Bonaire?
We're the only one. There are other shops that sell computers, but those are pre-built PCs, and we've found them to be rather underpowered and/or expensive.
What measures do we take to ensure the quality of our builds?
We always build our PCs with care and fully test them before selling.
How do we handle customer data and privacy?
We delete all private information after your purchase. We only keep data that we need to for accounting purposes and this data will be kept encrypted to ensure it's privacy. We do not share any information with 3rd parties.
Can we build PCs for business use?
We only offer the PCs that are on the homepage, but these builds are powerfull enough for heavy workloads. Our PCs are qualified for business use, and you can upgrade them with more RAM or Storage to fit your needs.
Do we provide software installation services?
We install Windows on every PC we build, unless discussed otherwise. We do not offer a seperate program install service, but we do offer (tech) support for this.
Can we help you choose the right components for your needs?
Yes, this falls under 'tech support', and you can email us about this. We might even offer a PC part picker service later on.
Do we have partnerships with other companies?
As of the moment of writing, no, we do not. We buy components from reputable companies, but are not in any way connected/partnered to them.
